So you heard about Involuntary Unemployment Insurance in our radio promos? As promised, here are the guidelines. You are only eligible to apply for Involuntary Unemployment Insurance if you:
- 1. have not attained age 66 as of the Effective Date,
- 2. will not attain age 69 as of the Expiraion Date of the insurance,
- 3. are the named Debtor as shown in the Schedule,
- 4. have been actively at work, in full performance of all of the duties of your regular occupation, for an employer for salary or wages, for at least 30 hours per week for the 12 months prior to, and on the Effective Date,
- 5.are not self employed, a seasonal worker, or an independent contractor.
